I know people who paid for goods, services and courses using BTC
but you stand correct when you mention that most people would prefer to use fiat, makes sense
BTC is programmed to have its price and value going up with time, fiat goes the opposite way
what would you rather save? something that will have its value going up with time or the opposite?
If everybody hodled - nobody would get BTC whenever they wanted to.
Surely, BTC is the ultimate store of value - but overall, its principles go to being an alternative to fiat.
