I do not think that Litecoin goes up when there is a problem with bitcoin fee's, but the reality is that we are seeing it grow more and more, and I think it's clear that we are going to end up with Litecoin going up anyway. So, if it isn't the fee situation then what makes litecoin go up?
Because of speculation, it can happen when people find Litecoin as a valuable coin, price will go up. But Litecoin has had a long time when it was not satiesfied and people avoided Litecoin because more modern coins are more welcome.
