I wish to ask, will landDao willing to go true such stress of sandfilling a riverine landed area if they encounter such in the future, or they will turn down such opportunity, because to the best of my knowledge, lands like that are always of greater value due to the region it's located. So will landDao willing to go through such stress or they will pass on, on such opportunity?
Islands are the best locations for most people, but unfortunately, most people can't afford them because of the process of filling up the water with sand. I don't think this will be a stress for LandDao because after filling these waterlogged areas with sand, they won't have the same value as normal upland. Areas covered with water are not a problem because there are people who will always come to build their houses in such places.
Some communities are surrounded by water, and the only option is to fill up the area to enable people to build. As long as there is development and people are living in this area, it is not a stress for investors to come in.
