Regarding this, i still believe that Nayib Bukele still stand as the leader of them all, because he first move for the adoption of bitcoin and there is no other country that has been progressive with bitcoin adoption and legal tender as they have achieved, though the impact of Trump and the likes of bitcoin ETF have also helped in the market pump and push for more adoption, but El-Salvador still remained a unique significance to the entire world to follow their footsteps when it comes to bitcoin adoption.
The phrase "Bitcoin President" sound absurd to me honestly. I will take it as hype, because Bitcoin don't need, and shouldn't have any president.
It’s mostly symbolic or dramatic, to describe someone who is associated with Bitcoin adoption, not someone with actual power over it. I will go on with the flow since this is the case.
