Someone who’s placed a bet one-time only cannot be considered a gambler in my opinion. If that person bets on a regular basis then I would consider him/her a gambler. Also the game doesn’t have anything to do with whether a person is a gambler or not, it could be poker, sports, slots, a flip of a coin….it doesn’t matter what the bet is on.
