so i just decided to give this casino a go more than a week ago since i didnt have much of a problem with the same software before.

a few days later when i made a withdrawal,it took a long time so i asked from live help. they said i needed to pass level 4 kyc , which is definitely not a problem for me but they were claiming to be a non kyc casino, and wait for 15 business days.

 so anyway i sent the documents and passed it. this time they said i needed to wait up to 30 business days

of course its frustrating to face such issue when you know that you dont have multi accounts, didnt cheat or didnt voilate any terms but no other chance than waiting and meanwhile i posted all my account activities and all bets for transparency , since im already aware that when you accuse a casino for wrongdoing, lots of their bot accounts accuse you for being a cheat

so after waiting for days, today i got the mail saying that they wont pay me my winnings cos i basically won. as i told before, no multi accounts no cheating no nothing, so this was the only way for them not to pay i guess, simply to say fuck you i wont pay

as you can clearly see, this casino is a total scam. on their forum page the admin doesnt reply to any of this, the guy who has the access to the `xyes official` account keeps accusing us from another bot account( username: god of thunder) so its a total shitshow

 theres only 2 people that wrote on their forum page who deposited and made bets with meaningful amounts and we both were asked for level 4 kyc and some bullshit excuses not to pay.

so i urge yall not to get near anywhere these scammers and gl with your bets
