We can not say anything if that is what Osimhen want. As a potential player, he can ask an expensive income for himself as what he did. Many club can not fill what he want even Al Hilal because Osimhen reject the offers because still lower from he wants.

But there is a report that Galatasaray want to make him permanent on that club but I don't know if that is real or fake. But it seems Osimhen attract so many attention from big club that want to get him.

Osimhen's wage is very high, and expecting it to goes higher is just a non sense thing. Unless, he accept Saudi's proposal, then sign a contract that will give him like 30 million in a year. This is the sensical choice if he's a money oriented. If he's willing to join in european big club, none will offer higher than what he received from Napoli now.
The better for him to know his position.
