The very day that Tottenham won that trophy against Manchester United, I was seeing how Tottenham broke a 17 years old trophy drought I went online to make little research and I saw how Tottenham had sacked the coaches that once won a major trophy for the club after the club went without trophies for some years. It's Tottenham's habit. They always reacted differently about the purpose of football. I remember the phrase that said "The game is about the glory", but totally not applicable to them as they saw it "The game is about how to be looser". I'm not doing an offence to them, but this shows the fact how glory doesn't even matter for their chairman, Levy.
They finished at 17th, but luckily win a major trophy and even surpassed Arsenal since its invicible season. However, their coach still get sacked. It's hard to think the way Tottenham think about football.
I'd like to label them as a looser despite winning europa league. A controversial decision for sure.
