1. Don't gamble with an amount that you can't afford to lose.
2. Don't chase your losses because it leads to more losses because tomorrow is another day.
3. Have a gambling budget and time limit for your gambling activities.
4. Gamble for fun and not fod profits because most gamblers end up losing more than they win.
5. Have self control and discipline over your gambling activities.
6. Gambling is a game of luck and not a skill based game or by experience.
Having self control or discipline in gambling gives birth to risking only what you can afford to lose and risking what you can afford to lose have neutraluzed the need to chase losses in gambling.
What's left out is having fun and the reality is mang gamblers are gambling only to make money, most of them are just pretending to be having fun, all fun without money is no fun for millions of gamblers out there.
I don't gamble every week, some times I take the time off intentionally, because I am here to have fun most of the time and if I get bored I have to take some time off, this is the only way I can miss gambling and want to get back into it again.
