Reputable or not. They should be able to justly refute any allegations that come up. It doesn't help if they just go silent. This is my main concern because other similar accusations have been resolved despite the customers getting accused of foul play initially.
You're right. But isn't it very strange that the casino's reply as for the player to list all of his/her other accounts? Why is that? What's actually happening? Why would a casino risk their reputation for this issue?
If you don't have access to their systems, and you don't have the WHOLE story, then it's also possible that there's a real issue with the user's account, no?

That's NOT the whole story ser. The WHOLE story is also hearing the reasons WHY the casino is blocking the withdrawals of those users. Because, there's definitely a reason WHY it's happening. This isn't a mere "let's scam these users and get their coins". There's a reason for it.
