There are 16 unresolved complaints on the casino.guru website. There are also many unresolved complaints on the forum. They don't respond to anyone. They ignore their players. Their only answer to everyone is to provide other rollbit accounts. There are hundreds of casinos like rollbit. Why create many accounts there? There are no attractive bonuses. What kind of nonsense are they talking about? I suggest removing rollbit from here so that forum members don't lose their money. They have lost trust completely.
There is this common proverb in my place which states that "a dog that the gods have decided to sacrifice, they will not allow it to perceive the smell of a shit when its following the corpse to the grave".

Rollbit had always been one of the most respected and regarded casino on this forum and even outside this forum, and right now, it seems to me like they getting ready to end their journey as a reputable and trustworthy online gambling casino, else, they wouldn't allow themself get involved in over 16 cases with different users across casino guru and this forum, the management of this casino really needs to stepup and do something to save the situation on time before it escalates and affecting the reputation of the casino.
What I noticed about casino with high reputations is that, they tend to have a strong policy compliance and the rep never get involved in some Cases that are technical to them and even the support, we hard a case last time with Rollbits, my friends wanted to withdrawal around $500 and his withdrawal was pending for days, and when he reached out to support, what he was told is that he should list out his alternative accounts on the casino.

But since he hard no other account on the Rollbits he simply did not reply to them, and he was about calling Rollbits a scam casinos, but the next day his withdrawal arrived which shows one thing.

The support lack the basic understanding of what may be happening, and giving out any statements may be a wrong steps to that they just prefer to stay out, the mate should reach the support and also we keep trying to get their attention may also on x.
You are right about some casino reps and customer care service personnels not knowing entirely what the casino is up to technically at times and may give wrong information when ever any user jams a technical issue because the reps or customer care lack knowledge of what could actually the problem..

But then, do you really think that giving that wrong information is the right thing to do? The answer is No, instead of giving out the wrong information, why not simply tell the customer to be patient that he's or her withdrawal request will be processed on due time, that the casino is carrying out some internal investigations on some money related issues that is why the withdrawal request seems to have not been processed, an answer like this will calm the customer down and not push him into panicking and raising false alarm.

But then, I still believe that rollbit's customer care can't wake up one morning and decide to tell every customer that have withdrawal issues to list their other accounts, thereby accusing some or most users of the casino wrongly, this order came from the management of the casino and this is a fact, you can't tell me that rollbit's cs are the ones on their giving out such a response to users who approach them with a withdrawal issue.
