UCL next season is still quite far away and we can't see the progress made by each team because the League has just finished. Facing the transfer season and I am sure the strength of each team will increase especially the top 5 of the standings in each League will focus on strengthening it by adding new players. What is certain is that the Champions League next season will be much more interesting than this season, Real Madrid is hunting for players, Manchester City continues to try to bring in players to win back the domestic trophy, there are so many big movements that we will still wait.
Almost every season, we always witness teams performances changes in the Champions League. So, even next season, it is very possible that there will be serious changes, and unexpected teams could still be the ones that reach the final, like what happened this season.
Before this season Champions League started, I don’t think anyone thought PSG and Inter Milan would reach the final. Almost everyone’s prediction for the favorite teams to win the Champions League was Real Madrid, Manchester City, and Barcelona. So, it is very possible to see different teams perform well, and those teams that reached the final this season might not even reach the semi-final again.
For now, it should be very hard to predict the teams that will likely win the Champions League because we don’t know how each team that qualifies for next season’s Champions League will strengthen their squads. But still, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Manchester City will always be among the favorite teams due to the set of players they currently have in their teams.
