Osimhen seems afraid to compete in a top European team, maybe what he experienced last season traumatized him.
It is very unfortunate for Osimhen's career, at the age of 26 and also in terms of quality he is still good but he chose to join the Saudi Arabian team to get a high salary compared to a European team that could improve his career.
This is not true at all. In fact, I believe he wants to go to a top European team. He almost went to Chelsea last year, but Chelsea's offer was too poor according to his standards, and I agree with him. You have players that have achieved nothing, earning 200k and above in their respective clubs, yet because Osimhen is not European, Chelsea feels they can offer him something less.
He may be asking for a lot, but I believe if the club offers a reasonable offer fitting his standard, he will accept it.
Osimhen is better than a lot of strikers who earn so much. Chelsea just signed Delap, and Osimhen is a better striker than him.
I wish him the best on whatever club he chooses to join, though.
