Every time I create a new wallet, it makes one starting with something like 0x9.
I'm actually surprised getting to know that an electrum wallet can create this kind of address. This should probably be an Ethereum address and although there's electrum wallet for Litecoin, I've not seen any that supports Ethereum, so it's obvious it's a scam of a wallet and since you've installed it already, no one knows the extent of damage it has done.

I'll recommend changing the operating system of that device totally if it's a computer or flashing it totally if it's a mobile device.

Also could you share the source of your downloads so others can beware and apply caution?
