Your issue isn't clear for me. Had you requested for a 6 months self exclusion period? Or it has been applied automatically after 24 hour cooldown? Whatever the situation is, BCgame team won't change the self exclusion duration which has been applied on your account.
i guess that's the case. he wanted to exclude himself for 1 day, but picked 6 months by mistake?and only realized after the 24 hours cooldown was over, so he is now stuck with a 6 month self exclusion.
nothing you can do OP even if you get hold of bc.game support, you will just be wasting your time. just think of it as a 6 month vacation from gambling, and from the looks of it, you do needed it tbh.
