oh some customer service person posted here a couple times promising we'd all be compensated for our owed spins, but that was early in the year gap of getting nothing all the while they sent emails and promoted getting WOF spins for holding FUN.
If so, these were empty promises. I don't remember seeing anyone official come to their thread and say something about the problems users are facing. Incredibly, they did not fix the problems, but they keep sending promotional emails to the users. The community has been criticizing them. A lot of users are complaining in this thread, yet we haven't seen any responses from their team. I often hear that the users even cannot access the website.
The WoF spins are still not credited as they should be I think. Sometimes they credit them, sometimes they don't. I don't understand why it would cause them so many problems to automate it and period. If they want to run a website like that, the easiest part should be to correctly get those WoFs credited.
From what I am reading here withdrawals are still working for you guys? I am quite far away from the threshold, maybe I should do some all or nothing approach and then try to withdraw or lose it all in the process, it is probably better than doing nothing given that bad news are rolling in here.
