Usually, the merit sources do not want to admit that they are a merit source to avoid getting private messages from merit beggars. I would suggest ignoring them and moving forward. I hope your activity will help boost your local board. Unlike other local sections, we do not have a merit source either. I think it's time for Little Mouse or Shasan to step up, as they are the most experienced local member of our community. I hope we will see a similar thread one day.
