I have been limited by Betby.
That doesn't mean anything, really. In all sportsbook I've been limited they let me withdraw without any problems.
And yes. They didn't even payout my initial deposit.
So, in the end, I breached something I don't even know, they don't want to know who I am, and they don't want to pay me!
I am flagged as suspicious because I am an +EV bettor. That's the reason.
Sadly, this is the same fate for every +EV bettor on sportsbook. I’m not aware about the refund policy of Betpanda but I hope they reconsider the refund of your deposit if you don’t have any suspicious activity aside from +EV bettor.
I assume you do arbitrage betting right? As @mahdirakib pointed out about they refund policy, it’s very hard to make a case on a refund if the ToS stated that before you deposit.
No, I don't do arbitrage. Never did. Not only because I know it isn't allowed, but it is lot time consuming and low rewarding imo.
Quick follow up, I've researched many scam posts about this sportsbook & casino. Some are really recent. They are definitely shady and should be advertised as so.
Not paying a player because they won is ridiculous. Make your own research and don't make the same mistake as me.

To be fair, most of the case is so hard to make a judgement as being an observer only because there’s no clear evidence to prove the casino accusation against user and at the same time for players to defend themselves for not doing that shady behavior being accused by the casino.
This is beyond the scope of Bitcointalk so I suggest to seek help to AG or CG.
The only thing we can do here is get the attention of representative to look on your case closely. Hoping that everything will be cleared since I do play here a lot.
