How sure you are that account is already stopped? This merit requirements just make the account farming exclusive for those who have the merit source.
Try to look on local board and see for yourself the reality. A newbie posting few months of merit begging on local board and merit source thread then go straight on signature campaign application once they gain enough merit is very common on local board like Nigeria, Indonesia, Turkey and more.
I will not accept this. The Nigerian local board had only one merit source which is Igebotz who was made a source as of last year, this means only @cryptobranbiss was helping out in the board which he was not a local board merit source. All these while members of that board has been gaining merit outside of the forum with the effort in contributing to the forum. How can you say merit is shared within because we have the merit source. Did you do your research before coming out to say things. This is one thing people here don't like "false accusations".
Just recently three members of the Nigerian Local board was made a merit, so what you said previously is wrong. I wont be surprised that your local board has more merit source that the boards you accuse. Maybe this is just a personal hatred on those boars and you not have the means to say it here.
