I would agree it did work for you. But the whole forum king trust situation has changed and we have a right to ask for transparency. 
But you mean globally, don't you? For example, I don't really understand how the DT1 lottery works, and I don't think most of the forum does either.
I am not even sure how my source merits are done.

and if it is two hundred max and I give 180 do i get 200 the next month.
and if i give them out like i do this month ie zero them as soon as i get them do i get more then 200 a month.
