I believe that Tottenham management is scared of what will be the outcome of the club next season, especially their performance in UCL. UCL isn't a weak competition, therefore, allowing Anga to continue as head coach can bring catastrophe to the club next season. Of course, only the change of the coach wouldn't make any difference but all loop holes need to be covered.
The steps made by Tottenham's management are very appropriate because they make it based on awareness that the team does need to upgrade strength and it must start from the coach and from the side of the player also needs to be seen so that the team's strength can be more optimal in the next season. Actually I was also surprised when I saw that Tottenham's training was fired because Tottenham was in a pretty bad position, but it was supposed to be done now before it's too late.
