When we offer generous promotions, there will inevitably be some individuals who attempt to violate the rules. In recent cases, we have not confiscated their deposits—only their winnings. We allowed players to withdraw their original deposits.

@XYes Official, in terms of withdrawal, there is no single security in that area. I think it would be good if even enabling email verification before approving withdrawal would be fine. I know you guys might just want to give a fast service, but personally I like extra security in times of getting money off a platform. Even as you give enough time for a customer to check and cancel, but to me that’s not much enough in case there is a penetration in someone’s account; the extra security could block the person from withdrawing funds without the original account owner's knowledge.

Once you set up 2FA, your account will be better protected.
We have not imposed a security verification on the withdrawal page because we want our players to be able to withdraw their funds as quickly as possible. However, if someone gains access to your account even after 2FA is enabled (which would require access to your device), they would also be able to withdraw funds.
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to help protect your account.
