According to what he said, he has been limited before by Betby and some other sportsbooks but this is the first time one of his accounts has been banned.
His account was flagged by odds provider meaning he is doing some activity that doesn’t benefit the casino. I think he is just being restricted while he can’t withdraw his fund due to the betpanda refund policy.
This cases has deep roots if the odds provider is the one the flagged his account. It’s very hard to judge a case like this word by word by OP since casino doesn’t restrict user out of nowhere without any reason since they can win by simply letting players their games due to house edge.
Such casses is like an auto banning mechanism, the he may habe committed very strong offense and games providers have given report to other casino's and anytime he creates an account once detected he get banned.
Alot of such cases can not get revolved easily, since its already a concluded punishment granted after investigations, so it a bit hard for the account owner to rectify that issues at this point.
