Apart from that you applied for merit countdown and expecting to get 32 merit to rankup instead of 25, don't you also know that you need 120 activity to qualify for merit countdown application. Mearly looking at your profile, your activity is 72 which is even far from 120 so make sure you always check this things before you apply, because it's obvious that you are desperate to rank up. Just be careful next time to read rules properly to avoid taged.
