Impossible, cause before 2025 rules of KYC came out... new account are register on around (2022) at least must KYC before can access the site and deposit. At that time, account without KYC still can access the site, play and deposit. But now, old user already 100% must KYC + new user must KYC before they can play. So there is no KYC account at the moment who can play.

Even old account still not being KYC getting some promotion (don't know these can or not) but he still need to finish KYC before accessing/play the site again.
