Thank you, I've reached, and the CM is currently doing us a favor to get me acquainted with someone from their compliance team. Hopefully it'll help tackle this issue as well as other issues. Again, don't hold your breath as this path requires the willingness of so many people [not just the CM, but also the marketing he reached, and the staff in compliance themselves]. But... we're one step closer to get things back in motion.
