can you open the Betbolt website now?

I just opened it and made a deposit, but when I refreshed it happened like the picture below

am I the only one experiencing it or are other friends experiencing the same thing?

Does anybody EVER get any response at all in their livechat? I just tested it out on a different laptop, and on a different phone and on both occasions after 5 hours not a single reply after I say opening lines like "hello, can you help me please" etc.

Can you guys test it out too, and see if they even reply AT ALL in the livechat?
