Most Tottenham fans would certainly hope that the club will keep Ange Postecoglou, the Europa League trophy presented can at least erase the mistakes made in the Premier League. However, the management and the club top brass see the situation differently, and perhaps they think that with a different manager, Tottenham can rise and perform more consistently next season. Thomas Frank is reportedly close to joining Tottenham, and it seems that a deal will be done soon. In the meantime, I hope Ange Postecoglou finds a new club in the future, who treats him better. Overall, Tottenham will have to work twice as hard to be able to perform consistently, the pressure of the Champions League is very different from the Europa League.
Fans reaction has never been important for management because they always work for their own interest currently things are uncertain because no one have any idea what is going to happen and who is going to replace Ange Postecoglou.
But now it's really important time because with entry in Champions League and having no depth in squad can be challenging and new manager needs to be started from scratch which is always difficult task for them, but any good manager can bring changes but here management role is also always important which helps for keeping things on right way. Sacking of Ange Postecoglou is not good decision but still they have time to justify this and bring better person who could be able to have better results and consistency which is the biggest problem right now.
