Staffs always wants their profit and don't really have the interest of the organization @ heart.
The Economy hasn't been favorable to certain businesses, making it hard to run a Business
- Building a business in the country is hard because of the laws of the country. The laws are favouring only the politicians and not favoring the average business man without any connections. There is no funding in the country for ordinary business owners, only those with connection can get the big and wealthy people in the country to invest in their business and if your business starts becoming a success, you will start to receive threat by others in the same line of business that needs your downfall to succeed. It is not like we can not all succeed but people prefer to have no competition therefore they will do everything possible to kill your business.
- The economy is struggling and people do not have money in patronising new business because they are struggling with other bills. Insecurities in the country is on the rise and this make it impossible for you to run your business without being afraid of getting attacked too.
