I think it can also depend on a user's reputation and rank whether their review about a certain platform can be trusted or not because someone with a good reputation will barely lie or become biased towards a platform unless they are directly or indirectly affiliated with them.

However, on the contrary, platforms such as TrustPilot can't be trusted at all because anyone can manipulate the results of a review on that platform by creating and reviewing a service with multiple accounts.
