so many people have suffered lost of the money in their bank account been cleared without their bank giving them a proper answer of what happened to their money.
No traditional Banks in Nigeria is hacked proof as there all can be hacked but doesn't happen easily. About the issue of the banks unable to trace and recovered customer stolen funds from hackers is very alarming. Even if a customer unintentionally gave out his/her banking details to Fraudster and his/her funds got stolen on the process, at least the bank should be able to know which account the money was transferred into in other to track down the culprit.i think our traditional Banks is doing enough as there are seriously lacking behind when it comes to using advanced banking technology to protect customers funds under their watch and I also believe they haven't been making adequate improvements on how to counter ths tactics of this Fraudsters. This hackers are very smart thinking individuals and for the banks to lack the proper apparatus needed to tracked down funds stolen by hackers means this hackers are far ahead of them in advanced technology.
