His profile says that he received a total of 47 merits from multiple members on the 7th of this month. This may be normal, but I don't think he got so many merits on worthy posts.
Two of his posts in particular surprised me a lot. He earned a total of 10+15=25 merits in two posts by asking some simple questions on the gambling discussion board.

So if I spent 14 hours a day in bitcointalk and posts 11 times will you count them as spam? He posted 1st post on 4:34 am and the last one on 5:45 pm approximately 14 hours. Nothing wrong dude. Maybe he deserve more merit points ?
