Some things were better said than done, that is why before we even enact alaw into action, we must take measures to how we can compare the same terms to when it's applicable to us, we try to enforce on a law, but when it turns out own time, we show negligence to things we ought to have done, don't stop the people from doing something you're the major reasons that they were found doing it.
