I was banned on 27th of april, and until now, all i got was 2 responses here with the most vague excuses possible, debunked and backed by proof i provided, because they cannot prove any of their claims. Betby this, betby that.

I've reached my contact about this again, and there is not much they can do, they've try, but it's not as simple as refunding because the fund is not in their pocket either, it's on Betby's. And as can be evidenced by glancing at several threads on this board, Betby do acting strangely across casinos these days. Remind me again where does the 1,700 EUR come from?
