I sent them the last 3 such invoices, but they just constantly continue to reject the document and I simply don't understand what else I need to send when a different form and method of document does not exist for us?
Please send us the screenshot of your conversation with Stake support. For sure they give you the reason for not accepting the documents that you submit.
