Of course I have them backed up as well.
What's the point of doing this exercise then. If you already have it backed up and store on a secure location then why the stress.
The thing is no matter how hard you try and remember it, over the long term, you won't be able to remember those words.
Unless you read them every week ofcourse but then what's the point of doing it.
Maybe he just wanted to try but it turned out to be not as easy as he thought and in the short term it might work but in the long term I don't think it will work because the human brain is constantly evolving and storing many thoughts when experiencing life renewal and most likely will fail and when trying to remember the order of words will make him stressed and eventually give up too. And if OP has other alternatives like physical copies and backing them up somewhere else and safe that is a better way than memorizing them.
