Previously, PSG was rumored to be interested in the young talent of the Argentine National Team, Franco Mastantuono. But it seems that PSG's interest is hampered by competition from Madrid.
I am sure PSG also has several names of players that they will bring in. The competition in Ligue 1 may not be too tight for PSG. But for the Champions League, with all teams definitely improving their teams, PSG cannot just be satisfied with the current team.

Demolished Inter 5‑0 in the final  Shocked! ! This is Luis Enrique, who made this possible. I was also sure about PSG's win and placed a short bet on them, and hit the jackpot as well. I can say the galáctico era is over now, and a young, hungry squad is headed up under Luis Enrique.

I'm pretty sure next season Enrique's gang is going to dominate the UCL again. For that, they must focus on strengthening their squad right now, you know, with Mbappé gone & space in budget, PSG is about to double down. So, Enrique needs fresh blood in every position, from defense to attack, everywhere. PSG management would not hesitate to set up Luis Enrique's big funds now, and big-money talent like Van Dijk or Gavi could be on the radar .

Gavi could be a very good investment. He is still very young and very talented, his price is not too high and he has great potential. But would a team like Barcelona, which is young and preparing for the coming years, let Gavi go? I don't think so. Recruiting young talents between 20-24 years old is the biggest goal of almost all teams right now.

Van Dijk is very talented of course, but don't you think he's a bit old? He can play well for 1-2 more years at most, Then he will get weaker and weaker Smiley
Even though PSG meets Gavi's release clause, I don't think Hansi Flick will allow Gavi to join PSG because Gavi is a talented player who will help Barcelona in the long run, and Hansi Flick won't want to lose a player like Gavi from his squad because he's still in the process of rebuilding the Barcelona squad.
It's the choice of Gavi to decide if he will leave Barcelona or not and not Flick. If Gavi wants a change of club, he can choose to go to PSG because they are the only successful club in Ligue 1. It's not a bad idea for him because he will always win trophies and play in UCL. However, Gavi is one of the young players Barcelona is looking up to in future and they will do their best to keep him.
I know if Barcelona doesn't want to sell Gavi, he can push for a move if he doesn't want to play for Barcelona again, but no one knows if Gavi wants to leave Barcelona for another club now. If Gavi wants to leave Barcelona, nobody knows the club he has in mind to play next, and PSG being the only successful club in Ligue 1 is not enough reason to be sure that Gavi will choose PSG as his next destination because he will weigh other options to see the club that would be perfect for him.
