Even if PSG wins the Champions League this season, it will be very difficult for PSG to retain this title next season.
PSG really showed impressive performance in the just completed champions league, but I don’t think it’s going to be possible by next season to retain the title, next season is not going to be easy for any team, because we can see how every team are signing players that are going to improve their performance, so I just think next season will be more tougher than this season. The teams that i was predicting to win the champions league, their performance ended up dropping, but am sure they will work on their performance by next season, and we going to see something different.
PSG claimed the spotlight in the Champions League, they were among the best teams to compete, it wasn't by lucky chance they removed deadly teams who were given as opponents, they kept a winning mentality that gave them their first ever Champions League title. Next season will be another tough season in the Champions League, the best show we had was the Inter game vs Barcelona, next Champions League seems to be given the same energy, once it gets down to Quarter final, every matches is seen as final because it will be very challenging on both ends.
PSG cannot reclaim the title as the winner of Champions League, the title is meant for another team.
