I think Putin is quite confused about what is terrorism. Ruzzia is at war in Ukraine and it is perfectly legit to hit military targets. An strategic bomber perfectly qualifies as a military target since it is a plane intended to drop bombs and missiles to an adversary 
In terms of attack on civilians and terrorism, at best the countries are equally at fault. Stop drinking the western media kool-aid. Just day after Ukraine bombs civilians, some western leader publicly condemns Russia for their attack on civilians and terror.

Ridiculous. If the real numbers were great, the West and notably Ukraine would publish the real numbers of both sides. Instead, because the situation is very bad and the deaths on their side are very high too they use bullshit excuses not to publish information. Purposely hiding information itself is propaganda. Accusing Russia of propaganda when you yourself are conducting propaganda too is just hypocritical idiocy.
