Corruption is very difficult to fight in a system where it has eaten deep with the people, because corruption is like hook law where elastic material is used for test except greater force is applied before it will get to yeild point if not it will bounce back.
Only one that is not corrupt that can fight corruption a corrupt person can fight corruption, because the charges you accused of others will also be caused to you as your part will be revail by your opponent frustrating your efforts.
