You didn't say what you can do that the owner of the account cannot do for themselves. Why would they hire you just to communicate with the support instead of doing it themselves? Do you have any special skills that would ensure that a locked account is unlocked. Your service may appeal to some persons but I doubt that any serious clent would contact you because you're using a brand new account instead of an established one. Moreso, how would people know that you'd stick to no upfront payment? What guarantees do you have that the person you helped would pay you anything? A whole lot of things do not make sense to me.
