Roma usually always have a good/very good team but they rarely win something. Why? In Italy we say that it's "una piazza difficile", which we could translate as "a troubled environment" because they fans always have a lot of love for the team but also a lot of expectations because every year they hope to win something and at a certain point the pressure becomes just to much for everyone: managers, players, fans, and everything collapse. It's going to be interesting to see this team managed by Gasperini, it's his lifetime opportunity at this point.
That's why I love Italian football. What's happened that there isn't a Francesco Totti yet? An emperor like him? When I was a kid, I used to watch his plays with excitement. In fact, the Italian team always encouraged me to keep playing football every day. Plus, his long hair, lol, that's how I used to wear it, and because my wife made me cut it , I was instantly excited about Mourinho and Dybala. Now, watching their latest performance in Serie A, it's made me believe in them again.
