I believe changenow is a binance-backed scam .
Their hot wallets are all stored in binance .
I would never ever exchange my assets anywhere on CEX again , only DEX protocols
Maybe try reporting them to Binance if possible, through your local authorities, to see if they can step in? This isn’t about aml compliance, it’s straight up theft.
No legit aml process takes 40 days plus. This is just a stalling tactic. Refusing refunds after KYC is submitted goes against their own policies and even violates gdpr.
They’re not a real service, they’re scammers.
