I see the ideal exchanger as follows:
Select the exchange direction
BTC - USDT (solana)
Enter your BTC wallet address
Then there are 2 options: AML verification was successful, continue the exchange or AML verification was not passed, we cannot perform the exchange
That would be great but it remains a dream for now. Many times, not even the exchange knows why certain coins aren't allowed. I am sure they receive the most basic of feedback from their AML and blockchain analysis partners.
it will be even more ideal if the refund process is automatic and doesn't require the technical department to get involved if the exchange input doesn't pass the AML verification.
The refund process can't be automated because not everyone will get a refund. As they explain in their terms & conditions, in certain cases whose rarity is unknown, the exchange won't issue a refund until the client provides the needed documents or the situation is otherwise cleared up.
I didn’t bother to go through the entire thread but, looked just enough to see an unfolding drama between both you guys in quote and I feel, it was a honest “if question” that shouldn’t warrant drama. Perhaps it was taken out of context real quick and I don’t know if that was a company rep but, it would have been easier to clarify on “you don’t get a key (which I perceive to have been taken for private key/seed) but, should have explained on how to get back to the same timeline, address and transaction.
At the time, CCE.Cash often posted about how they are a decentralized and non-custodial exchange. That's why I posted everything I did in all my posts. As I can see, they are not doing that anymore. Everything seems fine on that front.
