what currency does one need to have in his metamask wallet for example to be able to bet on app.bitcoin-betting?
mBTC is microBTC? or Midas BTC?
not many exchanges offer MBTC unless I am just clueless.

It’s a millibitcoin (mBTC) which is just a lower unit for Bitcoin like Satoshi. 1BTC=1mBTC but they are same Bitcoin currency and blockchain.

It’s literally a Bitcoin.

As Wapfika said, 1mBTC = .001 BTC. If you want to play in ETH, then you can use Metamask.
