So I could get 13 Translators (personal friends ) plus english and do more than anyone.
But that would be a huge commitment
I * the boards that I could have translated by people I trust.
For Indian board, you may not need the help of translators because we use English on the main discussions and if you skip the regional language then anyone who use English can read and even participate in the discussions and evaluate whether the posts deserve some merits or not. India

Sometimes getting merits is not always all about writing quantitative posts but rather quality and posts other could find hilarious or something extraordinary new to the eyes. You don't have to get too seriously always when you write, sometimes you can add a little fun facts or something catchy for the forum which sometimes can earn you merits.
It depends on the luck too, you need to be at the right place at the right time to be noticed by someone who got sMerits to spend whether it's from a merit source or from a regular earned one.
