today if you peeled them?
Please clarify if there is available loaded Btc to redeem if you peeled all of them
today, or if it's just something that
"could" happen sometime in the future if nastymining
magically hits a block, while there is zero mining happening?

with each seat only getting approx 7812 sats it would take many blocks before seats hit the threshold. for an empty seat, they would need 13 solo blocks with each seat getting 7812 sats before surpassing the needed threshhold of .001 (approx 110 USD at present price)
