Pep Guardiola is the type of coach who always learns from mistakes, when he experiences failure this season he will always learn and improve himself for the next season. It must be admitted that Manchester City's slump this season is because many of their mainstay players are injured and this should also be a lesson for Pep Guardiola that he should not rely on just one player. I think Pep Guardiola is aware of this and will change it so that he can rise next season. This is also supported after seeing the plan for the players that will be brought in by Pep Guardiola is fully supported by the club.
Pep doesn't really have any challenges right now, I don't want to believe he is the problem of Manchester City failure, at some points he might be part of the problem but it's up to the team to do what they are been asked to do in the first place. I mean look at them, he was the one that coach them to win trophies back to back 3 years in a row, that is enough experience to tackle any situation they face this season but nothing was just working for them.
I'm glad that this squad has been dismantle, there is a lot of changes occurring and sales of some players but I don't think they might want to bring in new players in numbers to come to the club, he will be managing this same guys and brings in new ones as time goes on, that's how he was able to make a good combination of Kevin De Bruyne and Haaland and many more, most of them weren't sign at the same season yet they made beautiful games together.
