Football is never about emotions. You have to consider his age. I think I should support Barcelona's decision considering the quality of the team they are. Hansi Flick always likes to promote young players and he focuses more on building a young team. So it is natural that Lewandowski would want to sell him, even though he is an important player for them, considering his age. The two advantages they have here are getting some funds and replacing a young player. Barca fans will never be able to deny Lewandowski's contribution, but his age may prevent them from keeping him at Barca. Because Barca are turning to young talent. I am looking forward to seeing his replacement.

I still do not feel that Barcelona will want to sell him because of his age now, they will continue to keep him until his contract is expired and even though it is and he still wants to renew the contract with them and come to an agree terms, he’ll still continue to play for them. One thing you should know about big teams like this that are being looked up to by fans and players is that they should have a leader in their first eleven squad, which will feel like a person in charge and guiding the youngsters too before they finally become big like them one day.  Lewandowski will remain at at Barcelona regardless of his age, he’s an asset to them that they will hold on to him until his contract expires and cannot play again.
