It is now obvious that Victor Osimhen is really serious about staying and playing in Europe for him to turn down such an offer from Saudi this clearly shows his preference and how much he values staying in Europe and winning European trophies and achieving bigger achievements and acknowledgment in Europe.
If Victor Osimhen joins the Saudi Arabian team Al Hilal, his hype as one of the best strikers in the world will die off because the league don’t have enough of viewers across the world, they gain recent recognition when Ronaldo joined Al Nassr and other top players from big European teams joined some teams in the Saudi Pro League that was when they started to get some recognition world wide. Osimhen is too young to join them as every young player’s aim is to play the Champions League and other top competitions across Europe. He has already won the Serie A with Napoli, the Turkish League with Galatasaray he will like to play either in the Premier League or the Laliga to win one of these trophies as well as the Champions League that is why he probably don’t want to leave Europe.
The money makes people change their vision. Victor Osimhen seems to need a lot of money than his achievements. But, if MU have enough money to sign him, I think he will change his mind to Saudi, and is willing to land to old traford with loan option though. MU are thinking to player swap with Napoli. they offer Joshua Zirkzee with some million euro to exchange Victor Osimhen. I think it's not a big problem if Napoli agree with the proposal, but MU must be convincing Osimhen with high salary, and play full out on the team.
